Did I mention I'm on a leather kick in jewelry design lately?  I'm just finding a thousand different uses for it and having so much fun!  Especially intertwined in heavy oxidized sterling chain...what a cool, funky piece!

Borosilicate beads in deep blues and greens by Karl, handfired right here in the 5 Fish studio.  The pictures (like in most boro beads) don't capture their depth and vibrant color.  Trust me, in person you will LOVE them! Scattered throughout are tons of Swarovski (including 3 BIG 10 mm cubes that I have been coveting forever but they fit this piece so nicely I had to give them up!), sterling beads, Greek leather (only the best!), and finished off by a hand-wrapped (and pounded with a hammer and anvil for a rustic look-what fun!!) sterling "Swan" style clasp.  This piece measures 8 inches and can be worn any length shorter since you can hook the clasp on any chain link that fits well for you.
